Cocktails

Ambrosia

AMBROSIA SPRITZ: 4,5 cl di Ambrosia, 15 cl prosecco doc, 2 spruzzi di soda, twist di arancia.

ETNA MULE: 6 cl di Ambrosia, 2 cl succo di Lime, ginger beer a colmare, fetta di cetriolo, fetta di zenzero, menta fresca.

SIBERIA: 6 cl Ambrosia, juice of ½ lime, 2 tbs organic coconut palm sugar, sparkling/soda water to fill.

TECNICA: mixing glass.

DECORAZIONE : lime wedges and sprigs of dehydrated genepi.

Cannella

GENTLEMAN CIN: 2.5 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Cannella, 4.5 cl Whiskey.

CINNAMON PUNCH: 4.5 cl Liquori dell'Alchemista's Cannella, 3 cl dark rum, 1 cl lime juice, 2 tbs brown sugar, orange and lime slices.

HEY: 2cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Cannella, 4 cl gin, 1 cl bitter, 2 drops angostura bitter.

SPOTY-FLY: 2cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Cannella, 3 cl vodka, 1cl Amaro dell'Alchimista, 1 cl prosecco.

Da servire nella coppetta boston, torci in di limone e menta fresca.

Liquirizia

BLACK MOJITO: 3 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Liquirizia, 6 cl light rum, lime, brown sugar, mint.

LICORICE AMERICANO: 3 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Liquirizia, 3cl Campari, Bitter Orange, soda.

CALAFRICA: 6 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Liquirizia, juice of ½ lime, one tbs [tea bar spoon] of date syrup, 6 leaves of dehydrated African mint, sparkling water/soda to fill.

TECNICA: shaker- double strain.

DECORAZIONE: datteri e ramoscelli di menta disidratata africana.

Ficodindia

AMERICANO AL FICODINDIA: 3 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Ficodindia, 3 cl Campari, Bitter, soda.

NEGRONI AL FICODINDIA: 3 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Ficodindia, 3 cl Campari, 2 cl Vermuot Rosso, 2 cl gin, Angostura bitter.

MIRKO BISTROT: 2 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Ficodindia, 1 cl Aperol, 2 cl Passoa, 1.5 cl Contreau, ½ cl white Martini.

ETNA ICE TEA: Liquore dell’Alchimista's Ficodindia,1 cl Aperol, 2 cl Passoa, 1.5 cl Contreau, ½ cl white martini. Prickly pear Alchemist's liqueur, vodka, rum, gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, sprite.

FICODINDIA SOUR: 4,5 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista al Ficodindia, 3 cl lemon juice, 1.5 cl syrup sugar, 1 teaspoon egg white, ice.

Pistacchio

KLELIA: 2 cl vodka, 2 cl white cocoa cream, 2 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Pistacchio, 2 cl cream.

MESSED UP: 3 cl white rum, 2 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Pistacchio, 1 cl bitter, 4 drops angostura bitter and citron to fill.

LIZARD ORGASM: 3 cl Frangelico, 3 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Pistacchio, 3 cl Kahlua, 3 cl Vodka, 4 cl Milk.

ALCHIMISTA ALEXANDER: 3 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Pistacchio, 3 cl Cognac, 3 cl milk cream.

Amaro

NEGRONI DELL’ALCHIMISTA: 1/3 Liquore dell’Alchimista's Amaro, 1/3 Red Professor's Vermouth, 1/3 gin bombay.

CALICE BISTRO’: 3 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Amaro, 3 cl straight vodka, 3 cl Kahlùa, 3 cl dark rum.

ALCHIMISTA COOLER: 2 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Amaro, Ginger beer q.b., crushed orange and lime, brown sugar.

CHIODO DELL’ALCHIMISTA: 4 cl Liquore dell’Alchimista's Amaro, Ambrosia vaporization over ice, non-alcoholic bitters, lemon twist and rosemary directly in the glass.
